1. Scope of Service (सेवा का दायरा)

Claww Health Navigator provides non-medical assistance, including hospital navigation, queue management, billing assistance, and report collection.

We do not provide medical advice, nursing care, or emergency medical interventions.

2. Emergency Situations (आपातकालीन स्थिति)

Our navigators are not paramedics. In case of a sudden medical emergency during a visit, the navigator will immediately inform hospital staff and family members.

Responsibility for medical decisions remains with the patient, family, or legal guardian.

3. Limitation of Liability (देयता की सीमा)

While we strive for accuracy, Claww Health Navigator is not responsible for medical outcomes, hospital errors, or delays caused by hospital management.

We are not responsible for the patient's health condition or any medical complications arising during the hospital visit.

4. Booking & Cancellations (बुकिंग और रद्दीकरण)

Bookings should preferably be made several hours in advance to ensure navigator availability.

Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Patient Records & Privacy (गोपनीयता)

We respect patient confidentiality.

Medical reports and personal information will only be shared with authorized family members.

6. Payment (भुगतान)

Service fees cover navigator assistance only.

Hospital bills, medicines, diagnostic tests, and other medical expenses remain the responsibility of the patient or family.

7. Consent (सहमति)

By booking a service with Claww Health Navigator, the patient or authorized family member confirms that the information provided is accurate.

They authorize Claww Health Navigator to coordinate healthcare-related administrative assistance on their behalf.
